- PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The processing of data spontaneously provided by the User online while browsing and by means of filling out the “Contact us”/registration form or web chat service, is carried out by Jacuzzi® Europe S.p.a. for the following purposes:

The Controller avails itself of services provided by primary companies of the sector, entrusted with carrying out development and maintenance activities for management software, website technical maintenance, the conservation of web chat data (text or voice in the case of VoIP instrument use), whenever necessary by means of hosting and technological services provided by third companies located in European Union countries.
- TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The Controller hereby declares that it does not transfer personal data provided and collected in Third Countries beyond the European Union.
- CONSERVATION PERIOD
You are hereby informed that supplied data will be processed and conserved by the Controller for purposes strictly connected to those specified in point A, and conserved at the Controller’s offices and Third Country as specified in point A here above, for the period of time required for the fulfilment of requests submitted by the User and for a maximum duration of two years in the case of leads and/or data collected from webchats with private parties and five years for leads and/or data collected by webchats with business customers, justified by sales and marketing requirements. Data will be deleted/destroyed at the end of the conservation period.
